More importantly, Mo has over 25+ years of Sales Experience in multiple sales organizations.  Primary functions are: Direct to Consumer (Residential and Commercial)  In-Home Consultation, Door to Door Sales, Business to Business, Customer Service, and Retention.  Throughout his career has successfully trained and mentored over 350 sales representatives.  Including, elevating sales representatives to Management roles.  Developing and executing all training material for each department he oversees. Has worked for Fortune 500 Companies, Marketing Firms, and in the past 15+ years has been involved in the Solar Renewable Energy Sector.  In each of his roles, has held Executive Level Positions and has been responsible for aligning all Revenue Generating Departments. In addition to, looking at the future growth of the business along with Forecasting, P&L, developing KPI’s, and Run Rates. To ensure business is inline with forecast and growth.

Lastly, here at Ray Energy our main focus and solar strategy for both our solar energy consultants, field solar specialist and the homeowners is to take the approach of helping families go solar with zero out of pocket.
